Who can access our services?
People who have an intellectual disability who have been referred to us by Support Net. All referrals to Residential Services come via Support Net who carry out a Needs Assessment to determine the level of support you require.
Often you will have come and met us to see if we “fit” together philosophically to provide your service even before the referral is made to us. If you have not met with us we will be sure to meet you before we accept your referral to ensure we do “fit” well together.
This referral is then discussed with Support Net to confirm if we are able provide the service to you.
Once a referral is accepted, we will meet with you to discuss when your service will begin and ask you to assist us to write your Service Plan, identifying the support you require and the aspirations you have for the upcoming few months.
